Club Kid turned DJ. I started out as an 80s/Industrial DJ in the early 90s, fell into triphop and Big Beat in the mid 90s and got into serious rotation around Portland after 2000. Weekly 80's nights, Goth/Industrial nights, KINK/BDSM/FETISH nights, and too many Open Genre and genre specific nights and residencies to list without seeming to stroke my own Ego.
I consider myself Polyjamorous as there are few genres I havent played out. My current love is DNB, Bass Music and Tech House.
I was a club DJ for 10 years, and have curated a lot of small and medium sized events both solo and in conjunction with others both indoor and outdoor over the last 30 years.
This has never been about the fame or the clout or the money and has always been about the Vibe, the dancefloor and sharing my love of music.
I enjoy playing every slot from open to close from 45 mins to extended 4-8 hour music sets.
I currently started putting together a Mackie System that I've homed at JaJa pdx and co-run for the weekly Wednesday Flow Night.
